Ollie helps Glamorgan celebrate Environment Day

Ollie and Jane on stage at Glamorgan

On World Environment Day 2003, Ollie made a memorable appearance in front of hundreds of students at Glamorgan, Geelong Grammar’s primary school campus in Melbourne. Ollie’s mum, Jane Stewart, talked to the school assembly about the importance of the 4Rs and sustainability. Ollie then took to the stage for some rap dancing, and students were awarded prizes for their efforts in areas such as recycling and car-pooling.

The Producers of Ollie Saves the Planet were also invited to speak to the Glamorgan Sustainability Committee about the Program, and copies of the CD ROM were donated to the school for use in the student computer labs.
