What is a Waste to Energy Plant?Some cities around the world don’t have enough space to create landfills sites where they can bury their waste. This means they have to burn their waste. The places where they burn their waste are sometimes called combustors or waste to energy plants. These plants burn the waste and create energy from the burning process.
