This fibre comes from a combination of consumer recycled newspapers and magazines, and from sawmill residuals. (Sawmill residuals are wood chips that are by-products of existing forestry operations.) A new type of glue is also being investigated to make White Pages® and Yellow Pages® Directories easier to recycle again, once they have been used. |

All production wastes are managed responsibly, with the majority of
wastes being recycled. |
