First Teacher PD Sessions for 2003 held in Melbourne

As part of the Australian wide dissemination campaign for the Ollie Saves the Planet Program, the Global Education Project are holding a series of Professional Development Sessions for Primary Teachers interested in learning more about Sustainability and Global Education.

Jonathan Hayman and Diane Boase, experienced Victorian teachers, hold these sessions and use the Ollie Saves the Planet CD ROM as a primary classroom resource.

"The response has been overwhelming. The teachers who have attended our sessions immediately see the application of the Ollie content for their primary classroom lessons. I can see that the Ollie Saves the Planet CD ROM will become a valuable tool in explaining the concept of sustainability in primary classrooms across Australia," says Jonathan.
