INTRODUCTION
The Division of Recycling & Litter Prevention (DRLP) is part of
the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. We are responsible for implementing
statewide waste reduction, recycling, and litter prevention programs;
developing recycling markets; and encouraging Ohioans to reduce waste,
recycle materials and buy recycled-content products.
The
Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is responsible for the development
and wise use of the State’s natural resources. It owns
and manages our state parks, forests, nature preserves and wildlife areas,
as well as inland waters, streams, rivers and lakes. ODNR oversees all
natural resource management activities in the state and coordinates the
activities of Ohio’s 88 county soil and water conservation districts.
