Ollie rolls out in Ohio

To launch their involvement in the made for USA Ollie Saves the Planet Program, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources gave a copy of the CD ROM to many of the educators who attended the Ohio State Sustainable Development Conference between the 19-21 October 2004.

A 2-hour presentation was given on the Ollie Program to orientate educators to its content and to the best ways to use the resource within classroom activities.

The general response by a number of participants was that the program was “very comprehensive” and sure to engage students with its “fun and game-like style”.
