From multi-million dollar capital development programs such as the $20 million Visy Plastics facility and the leading edge opto-electronic system at Visy Glass, we are taking action to put leading edge technology in place and pursue its belief that good environmentalism is good business. Internal quality development programs actively encourage employees to develop and implement improved environmental practices.

External services provide expertise in research and development to customers and other organisations to assist in the greater goal of waste reduction for all Australians.

The Visy Technical Centre was established in 1998 to provide high quality research and development and analytical support for packaging design and manufacture. The centre can help design and test new packaging products and services to ensure improved material usage while maintaining all performance requirements. Visy invests millions of dollars each year into innovation and research and development.
