Ollie in the Classroom
The Ollie Saves the Planet Program is now being
used in classrooms across America.
Teachers and students are discovering the enormous amount of material
available on the CD ROM and using it to investigate a range of environmental
issues.
Ollie attends a Science Fair in Minnesota
The fair was held at Groveland Park Elementary Science Fair where 100 kids from
kindergarten to 6th grade checked out Ollie.

Earth Day celebrations in Washington
Earth Day Celebrations on the 22nd April 2005 were a big hit at Waters
Landing Elementary School near Washington thanks to the hard work of
Heather Flanagan.....
Ollie attends Science Conference in Ohio
Carol Arbour, a teacher from Tallmadge Middle School, presented Ollie
at the Annual Conference of the Science Education Council of Ohio.

Planet Program, took the opportunity to visit the students at the Tallmadge
Middle School to talk about the Ollie Program.
Waste Reduction Traveling
Trunk
Ollie is now part of the Waste Reduction Traveling Trunks assembled
by The Recycling and Solid Waste office in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Content Standards for Educators in Ohio
The Akron/Summit
Waste Management Authority have put together Ohio state content standards
for grades five
and six to help teachers incorporate Ollie into their classrooms.

50 Ollie Saves the Planet CDs have recently been delivered
to the Lincoln Public Schools Science Curriculum Specialist in Nebraska
